Ismeretlen elkövetők a COVID19 vírus által generált helyzetet kihasználva próbálnak csalást elkövetni. Több esetben előfordult, hogy közvetlenül külföldi egészségügyi intézményeket, gazdasági társaságokat kerestek meg létező, vagy fiktív, esetleg felszámolás alatt álló vállalkozások nevében eljáró személyek, azzal, hogy nagy tételben rendelkeznek egészségügyi védőfelszereléssel (általában arcvédő maszkokkal), melyeket értékesítenének. A tranzakció lebonyolítása érdekében előleget kérnek, az eszközök azonban különféle indokokra való hivatkozással nem érkeznek meg a rendeltetési helyre.
Tekintettel arra, hogy a bűncselekmények, még ha kísérleti szakaszban maradnak is, alkalmasak arra, hogy a magyar üzleti szereplők hitelességébe, illetve a magyar gazdaság megbízhatóságába vetett bizalmat a külföldi partnerek előtt aláássák, kérjük, hogy a hasonló megkeresések kezelése során a fokozott figyelemmel járjanak el.

Certas pessoas não identificadas estão a aproveitar a situação gerada pela pandemia global do SARS-CoV 2 (COVID19) com a intenção de cometer fraudes. Tem sido reportados vários casos de pessoas a agir em representação de empresas fictícias ou em liquidação, apresentando-se a instituições de saúde estrangeiras com ofertas de negócio, reclamando estar na posse de um grande fornecimento de equipamento de proteção de saúde (especialmente máscaras faciais). Nesses casos, é exigido um pagamento antecipado em troca do mencionado equipamento; de seguida diversas explicações são dadas para explicar porque é que os bens prometidos nunca foram entregues ao seu destinatário.
Fraudes desta natureza mesmo sendo tentadas e nunca concretizadas, poderão minar a confiança na credibilidade dos negócios Húngaros bem como na economia Húngara no seu todo. Assim, pede-se que exerça toda a cautela e aja com a devida diligência antes de se comprometer com alguma transação.

Announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary
Certain unidentified persons are taking advantage of the situation generated by the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID19) global pandemic with the intention to commit fraud. Various cases have been reported where persons acting on behalf of fictious companies or companies in liquidation were approaching foreign healthcare institutions with business offers, claiming to be in possession of a large supply of health protective equipment (mainly facial masks). In such cases, down payment was required in return for the promised shipment. Eventually, various excuses where used as to why the promised goods were never actually delivered to the intended purchaser.
Frauds of that nature even if these are only attempted but not completed, are capable of undermining confidence in the credibility of Hungarian businesses as well as the Hungarian economy as a whole. Therefore you are kindly requested to exercise caution and perform due diligence prior to engaging in any such transactions.
