On 19th October our Embassy hosted a national festive reception due to the anniversary of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution and War of Independence. Within the framework of the event, an exhibition that was made by Lajos Szabó, the director of the National Sport Museum, was also presented about the Hungarian-Portuguese relations in football. Ambassador Klára Breuer's festive speech was followed by the Hungarian musicians performance, the violinist Gyöngyvér Csigó, the pianist Kinga Somogyi and the violinist István Balázs. Recordings and interviews were also made by the "A Bola" TV. Mr. Fernando Santos, the captain of the Portuguese national football team was also attended in this event.
